The private document flow is being connected. Contact Finance to confirm which documents are needed. Please do not send financial documents through Gilligan, the general inquiry form or the service form.
Contact FinancePDF, JPEG or PNG only, up to 50 MB per file. Use a standard flattened PDF without passwords, scripts or embedded attachments. Documents use existing SharePoint protection; submission is not a guarantee that every file has been scanned.
Website access expires 30 days after submission. This is an access limit, not automatic deletion from the finance library. Documents are available only to authorized finance staff through their Microsoft work accounts. No public document links are created.
