All sales are final

All parts and accessory sales from the Village Marina online parts store are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't give refunds once an order has been picked up.

Before you order

• Double-check the part number and make sure it fits your boat or engine. Have your boat or engine serial number handy.
• Not sure? Call the parts department at (573) 552-9443 before you order and we'll help you confirm the right part.

Local pickup and payment

• Online orders are for local pickup only at the Village Marina parts department, 107 Village Marina Rd., Lake Ozark, MO. We don't ship parts.
• No payment is taken online and there are no payment links. The parts department will contact you to confirm your order and take payment at pickup (or by phone when we confirm).

Defective parts and warranty

If a part turns out to be defective, bring it to the parts department or call (573) 552-9443 and we'll help you with a claim under the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage and terms are set by the manufacturer.
